Has 56k miles and they want $14,600 for it, seems a bit steep for me but that Carmax warranty.

NP, Because with that warranty. You literally have no worries. Not to mention the mileage, condition of the interior and the fact that it has the good engine.

And that wonderful unusual color.

Super duper mega huge crack pipe. That's E46 M3 money for a boring sedan with one of the most notoriously unreliable engines in existence.

Oh yeah, Haha.
The color combo is great.

CP (didn't click thru, if I'm honest) - 10 year old car that likely needs a few grand worth of front end work. If that's been done, I'd go 12-13 for it.

To be fair it looks incredibly clean and that warranty will solve any and all problems.

But Carmax warranty

True. I didn't take that into account. I may be wrong about this, but just the parts kit for the front suspension, at cost, is more than 2 grand I believe.

With the warranty, NP.

You are probably right, parts will never be cheap for those, especially the 2.7 biturbo engine. That's makes this (IMO) NP.

I know nothing about that engine - I just remember the Car Guys saying that, where everyone else uses 2, maybe 4, ball joints, Audi uses 8. I think it crisps up the steering a bit, but again, out of my experience.

I've had that car saved since last week. Problem is there is a 330i for sale in my area for cheaper, with less miles, and it makes the same power.

There's enough crack in that pipe to fuel every hooker in the entire western hemisphere for the next year.
I see these all the time for a third of that. With the money you save you can just pay someone else to fix every problem the car has four the next few years. And those problems will be numerous.

The chance of owning the infamous 2.7 biturbo with warranty is something wouldn't miss.

Yeah, but it doesn't really excite me performance wise. I have a 3.0L biturbo diesel in my driveway and it makes more power and a lot more torque. I also like driving BMW's a lot more than Audis. I might trade my FIAT in on this Audi though.

Why the Fiat?

Price is a little steep. But low milage for a 10 year old car.

And the warranty

Yeah, can't complain about that.

I have four cars, and only two of them are worth enough to trade in and my wife would kill me if I just added another car. It's between the 335d and the Abarth. As much as I love the Abarth, it's resale value keeps plummeting, and the Bimmer is a much nicer car. In all likelihood I'm going to just keep my Abarth.

Keep the Abarth, as much as I like the A6 or the 330i the levels of fun that car provides are incomparable.

You're right. My four year-old loves the Abarth as well.
